Many students of DeVry University don’t remember this but when you initially enrolled as a student you contractually agreed to have any disputes heard through binding arbitration. This means if you wanted to sue the variety in court you wouldn’t be able to because of the binding arbitration clauses we are currently representing close to 100 DeVry students in arbitration claims against the university to wipe out student loan debt. The arbitration process takes approximately 10 to 14 months from beginning to end. This is more advantageous than a court action which could take anywhere from one year to six years.
